Black Bear Lodge is a beautifully decorated 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom cabin centrally located off of Wears Valley Road in Black Bear Ridge Resort, part of the Great Smoky Mountain Range . With room for up to 44 guests, everyone is sure to have the time of their lives.
You will be welcomed by the luxurious furniture including leather Lazyboy recliners and hand-made wood furniture. The big double kitchen comes fully-equipped for all your cooking needs and features dual stainless steel appliances (yes 2 of everything except the kitchen sink) and plenty of counter space for ease in meal preparation. There is an outdoor charcoal grill. Gather everyone around to eat at 2 over-sized log dining tables. Black Bear Lodge comes loaded with amenities to make you feel right at home with 10 televisions, DVD player and Comcast Xfinity cable, Hughesnet wired and wireless internet to stay connected with the world.
As you enter Black Bear Lodge, you are met with a large dining area and living area. Sit and relax, bring your board games to play with the kids. Enjoy the electric fireplace or catch up on your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. Create memories in your fully equipped double kitchen while cooking your family favorites.
This level features 2 master bedrooms with king sized log beds a queen sleeper sofa and 1 bunk room with 2 sets of queen-sized bunk beds all with private bathrooms. For additional sleeping you have a queen sleeper sofa in the den on this level. Head out to your fully covered private porch and sit back and rock in wood rocking chairs or sit and relax in your private hot tub.
As you head upstairs you enter a large open game room with a pool table, air hockey table and foosball table. This will keep everyone occupied for hours with challenges and rematches for bragging rights. If you don’t want to play a game - sit back and watch your favorite sports team or a movie on the large flat screen TV. Step out on your covered porch and relax in more rocking chairs. This level has 4 master bedrooms with king log beds and queen sleeper sofas. Each feature a private bathroom with jetted tub. Also on this level is a bunk room with 2 sets of queen bunks with private bathroom and jetted tub. For additional sleeping you have queen sleeper sofa in the common area.
Other amenities include multiple jetted tubs, 10 TVs and 2 sets of washers & dryers.

Don’t forget to head on over to Gatlinburg and take a drive through the 11 mile loop of Cades Cove. Walk through all the history of the first settlers of Gatlinburg. In Downtown Gatlinburg you will find even more shopping from souvenir stores to homemade candy and fudge. Take the family to Ripley’s Aquarium and explore the underwater tunnel as all the sharks swim above you.
Ramble along the Spur to charismatic Gatlinburg, where it’s easy to make a day out of a visit to the downtown area with so many choices of entertainment, eating and shopping.
